3 chicken breasts , cut into large cubes
10 drops louisiana hot sauce
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon garlic
ground red pepper
2-3whole habaneros , from a jars

Heat up water in pan on medium heat while cutting up chicken breasts.

5 large russet potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves , minced
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

Peel potatoes and boil whole until tender, approximately 45 minutes.Drain and mash.
