Ben’s Habanero Chicken

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup water
3 chicken breasts , cut into large cubes
10 drops louisiana hot sauce
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon garlic
ground red pepper
2-3whole habaneros , from a jars

DIRECTIONS

Heat up water in pan on medium heat while cutting up chicken breasts.
Add chicken breasts to pan and add next 5 ingredients stirring them together.Don’t cut up the Habanero, they are just for flavor.

Ben’s Garlic Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

5 large russet potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves , minced
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

DIRECTIONS

Peel potatoes and boil whole until tender, approximately 45 minutes.Drain and mash.

INGREDIENTS
6 pounds green apples, peeled, quartered, cored

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup dried currants

1/2 cup apple juice

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
