1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup buttermilk (cold)

1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt or buttermilk
1/8 cup brown sugar , packed
1/8 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
