INGREDIENTS
Bat Wings
20 (3 1/2lb) chicken wings
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons fresh ginger , gratedor
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
2 garlic cloves , minced
Swamp Dip
1 (8ounce)container sour cream
3 tablespoons coarse ground mustard

4 garlic cloves , peeled
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 (14 1/2ounce)cans stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup whipping cream
6 slices bread
2 tablespoons butter or margarine , softened
2 teaspoons italian seasoning

In a saucepan, sauté garlic in oil until tender.

Bat Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8ounce)container chive & onion cream cheese , softened
1 (4ounce)jar diced pimentos , drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans , toasted
24 slices whole wheat breador pumpernickel bread, slices

DIRECTIONS

Stir together first 4 ingredients.
Using a 3- to 4-inch bat-shaped cutter, cut 2 bats from each bread slice.
Spread about 2 tablespoons filling over 24 bats.
