FOR DOUGH
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter (unsalted & softened)
3/4 cup flour
1/8 ounce yeast (5 gm)
1 pinch salt

2 tablespoons oil
2 cups mushrooms , halved
2 medium bell peppers , cut into strips

1 (14 1/2ounce)can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups cooked rice , hot
