INGREDIENTS

1 (17 1/2ounce)package frozen puff pastry , thawed
1 cup white sugar
3/8 cup dry breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 egg , beaten
4 granny smith apples , peeled, cored and halved
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk
pecan streusel
2/3 cup chopped toasted pecans
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
5 tablespoons melted butter

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.

Carrots Cracker Barrel Style

INGREDIENTS

1 (1lb)package baby carrots, washed
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

Melt butter in saucepan.

Add remaining ingredients.

Cover and cook on medium low for 40-45 minutes, stirring twice.

Barrel of Crackers Hash Brown Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 (10 1/2ounce)can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup onions (finely chopped)
2 cups colby cheese (shredded)
2 lbs frozen hash browns (thawed)

DIRECTIONS

Combine soup, butter, salt, pepper, onions and cheese.

Gently mix in the hash browns and pour into greased 9×13 baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
