1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 lb cooked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup assorted grilled vegetables (peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms)
6 ounces shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
1 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon dry red pepper flakes

1 green pepper , chopped
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon cloves , ground
1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter and saute onions and green pepper in butter.
In small bowl mix remaining ingredients.
Add mixture to skillet and heat through, stirring occasionally.
Pour sauce over choice of prepared meat and heat.
