Nippy Cheddar Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 ounces cream cheese , softened
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

DIRECTIONS

In medium bowl combine cheeses, yogurt, mustard, parsley and onion powder.
Shape into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill, covered, 2 hours.
Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers.

Easy Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

2 (8ounce)packages cream cheese , softened
1 (4ounce)container bacon-flavored cheese
1 (4ounce)container pimento cheese
chopped peanuts

DIRECTIONS

Combine the three cheeses and mix until very well blended;.
Shape into a ball and roll in chopped peanuts.
Refrigerate; serve with crackers.

Three Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

125 g mature cheese
125 g mild cheese
125 g cream cheese
1/4 capsicum , finely chopped
2 dill pickles , finely chopped
1 small onion , grated
10savoury biscuits, crumbed
1 teaspoon curry powder

DIRECTIONS

Grate cheeses.

Mix cheeses, gerkin, capsicum and onion (easier to mix with hands).

Roll into a ball.

Mix biscuit crumbs with curry powder.

Roll cheese ball in biscuit crumb mixture.

Wrap in alfoil. refrigerate.

Serve with water crakers.

Easiest Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

1 (8ounce)package cream cheese , softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (I use sharp)
bacon bits

DIRECTIONS

Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese well.shape into ball or log.
Roll in bacon bits before serving. ( don’t put the bacon bits on until you serve because they can become soggy.).

*note*I used ground nuts this last time and it was good too.

Blue Cheese Ball That’s All Green

INGREDIENTS

250 g cream cheese , room Temp
125 g blue cheese , crumbled
125 g cheddar cheese , shredded
2 teaspoons mustard , I use Dijon-style
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pecans , finely Chopped
2/3 cup currants
3/4 cup parsley , finely chopped

DIRECTIONS

Place the cream cheese, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard,Worcestershire, garlic powder, and salt in a mixer bowl and beat at low speed just until well mixed. Stir in the pecans and currants.
