Homemade Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

1 (16ounce)package Velveeta Mexican cheese
1 (8ounce) light cream cheese
1 ounce sliced almonds (optional)
Ritz crackers

DIRECTIONS

Let the cream cheese and Velveeta come to room temperature.
Mix the cream cheese and Velveeta together with a mixer. (It is easier to chop up the velveeta before this step.).
Let chill for 1 hour.
Form cheese into ball and cover with almonds.
Cover and store in refigerator until served.
Serve with crackers.

Dr Pepper Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb processed American cheese
3 ounces cream cheese
4 tablespoons Dr. pepper cola
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS

Place cheeses in large bowl of electric mixer; mix until blended.
Add Dr. pepper and mix until light and fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended.
Shape into 2 balls and chill for 20 minutes.
Place in a plastic bag and chill thoroughly, then serve with crackers.

Sweet Cream Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

8 ounces cream cheese , softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
chopped pecans
chocolate graham cracker sticks (or something similar for dipping)

DIRECTIONS

Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Put the mix onto plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator until slightly stiff.

Roll into one large ball and coat the outside with the chopped pecans.

Butter Ball Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup butter
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups walnuts , chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

Cream butter,sugar, salt and vanilla.

Blend in flour and nuts.

Scoop and roll into balls.

Bake 325 for 22 to 25 minutes.

Remove from oven roll into powdered sugar.

Creamy Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

1 (8ounce)package cream cheese , softened
2 cups crumbled wisconsin blue cheese
1/3 cup flaked coconut
1 teaspoon finely grated onions
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS

Combine cream cheese and Blue cheese. Cream well. Blend in coconut, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours or until ready to use.
Shortly before serving time, combine remaining ingredients on a piece of wax paper.
