Pumpkin Baby Food

INGREDIENTS

1 small orange sugar pumpkin
water
cinnamon (optional)
nutmeg (optional)
crispy rice cereal (optional)or oatmeal (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Cut pumpkin in half and de-seed.
