Aunt Dude’s Parmesan Bread

INGREDIENTS

3 3/4 cups biscuit mix
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 cup Carnation instant milk
1/2 cup water
1 egg , beaten

DIRECTIONS

Combine dry ingredients, In large bowl, mix milk, water, egg then blend in dry ingredients and mix til moistened. Grease loaf pan and sprinkle cheese over bread mixture.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then slice and enjoy.

Aunt Kathy’s Shrimp Dip

INGREDIENTS

2 (8ounce)packages light cream cheese
2 (4ounce)cans baby shrimp
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1-2 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
2 teaspoons dill weed

DIRECTIONS

Soften cream cheese.

Drain and rinse shrimp.

Stir all the ingredients (except the shrimp) together till smooth.

Add shrimp and stir lightly.

Sprinkle parsley on top.

Chill.

INGREDIENTS

12 ounces fresh cranberries , chopped
2 apples , chopped
2 oranges , chopped
2 pears , chopped
1 (8ounce)can crushed pineapple
1 cup pecans , chopped
1 1/2 cups sugar

Aunt Peg’s Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 medium ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350’.

Grease one large loaf pan.
Cream butter, gradually add sugar and blend.
