INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 (1 1/2ounce)envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (14ounce)can green chilies
1 cup monterey jack cheese
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate.

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet until brown; drain.

Stir in seasoning mix.

Spread beef mixture in pie plate.

Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.

Aunt Lee’s Triple Fudge Bundt Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 (18ounce)box devil’s food cake mix
1 (6ounce)package chocolate pudding mix , cook and serve
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs , room temperature
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl combine cake mix and pudding mix.
Add hot water and oil.
Stir in sour cream, eggs (1 at a time - combining after each egg), vanilla, and cinnamon.

Aunt Sylvia’s Brownies

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cold water
4 eggs , lightly beaten
3/4 cup walnuts , chopped
chocolate frosting (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 325 F until edges begin to pull away from the pan and toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean (about 25-30 min).

Cool completely.Ice with frosting, if desired.Cut into squares.

Aunt Karin’s Breadsticks

INGREDIENTS

1 (1/4ounce)package yeast
1 cup warm water
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon garlic
3 cups flour

DIRECTIONS

Mix yeast and warm water.
Add sugar, salt, vegetable oil & garlic.
Mix well and add 2 cups flour.
Knead with 1 more cup flour for 8 minutes.
Raise one hour, punch down, divide into small chunks.
Roll out into strips.
Put on greased cookie sheet.
Raise 45 minutes.
Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.

Aunt Dude’s Parmesan Bread

INGREDIENTS

3 3/4 cups biscuit mix
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 cup Carnation instant milk
1/2 cup water
1 egg , beaten

DIRECTIONS

Combine dry ingredients, In large bowl, mix milk, water, egg then blend in dry ingredients and mix til moistened. Grease loaf pan and sprinkle cheese over bread mixture.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then slice and enjoy.
