2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules

1 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove , minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg , beaten
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Asparagus and Mushroom Saute

INGREDIENTS

1 lb asparagus spears , trimmed
water
1/4 cup butter
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic , minced

DIRECTIONS

Place asparagus spears in a 10" skillet.
