1 red apple
1 orange , pared and sectioned
crisp salad greens
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
Cut unpared apple into wedges.
Arrange apple wedges and orange sections in pinwheel design on salad greens.
Mix mayonnaise, honey and lemon juice and drizzle on fruit.
