INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup molasses
3 tablespoons margarine , melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg , lightly beaten
3 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry yeast
DIRECTIONS
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Let cool slightly, and stir in egg.
Follow manufacturer’s instructions for placing cornmeal mixture and remaining ingredients into bread pan; select bake cycle, and start bread machine.
