DAY Recipe

INGREDIENTS

8 cups powdered dry milk
4 cups powdered sugar
2 (8ounce)jars coffeemate amaretto flavored coffee creamer
1 (11ounce)jar non-dairy coffee creamer
1 lb nestle Quik chocolate milk mix
1/2 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

Mix thoroughly.
Store in an airtight container.
For a single serving, mix 3-4 heaping t. in 6-8 oz. of hot water.

1 1/2 ounces Amaretto
limes or lemon wedges

DIRECTIONS

In an old fashioned glass, add crushed ice and pour in amaretto.

Add thewedge of a lime or lemon and serve.

1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup honey
3-4 tablespoons Amaretto
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cups mixed fruit, cut-up (watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, seedless grapes, pineapple, peaches, etc)

DIRECTIONS

For syrup:In a small saucepan, stir together the sugar, water and honey.Bring the mixture to a boil.Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.Set the mixture aside to cool.

Stir in the amaretto and lemon juice.Place fruit in a large mixing bowl.Pour syrup over fruit.Cover [...]
