INGREDIENTS
1 cup creme de menthe
4 cups milk
1 3/4 cups ghiradelli’s semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup coffee creme de menthe
DIRECTIONS
Bring milk to a simmer over medium heat.
Add chocolate chips (or premelt in a double boiler) and stir constantly till blended.
Remove from heat and add the syrup.
Add liquor and stir (skip this step for kids).
Serve in festive mugs and enjoy!

4 ounces spiced rum
2 ounces cinnamon schnapps
1 red apple , sliced
DIRECTIONS
Combine apple juice, rum, and Schnapps in a punch bowl or pitcher.
Serve punch over ice and garnish with red apple slices.
