Addictive Corn Dip

INGREDIENTS

2 (11ounce)cans mexicorn
16 ounces sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2-1 bunch cilantro
3-4 green onions
2 cups four-cheese Mexican blend cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lime
2 (12ounce)bags tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS

Mix together the corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
Slice the lime in half and squeeze the juice from one half over corn mixture; mix well.
Chop the cilantro and green onions.Add to the corn mixture.
Blend in the cumin and cayenne pepper.
Refrigerate overnight.Serve with tortilla chips.

Addictive Bean Salad Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 (19ounce)can chickpeas
1 (19ounce)can red kidney beans
1 (19ounce)can other kind beans (romano, black etc)
1 red onion
2roasted peppers, red and yellow (green)
1/2 lb cooked bacon
1 (475ml) Catalina dressing

DIRECTIONS

Open all cans.

Drain liquid, rinse the beans and put them in the bowl.

Add roasted and finely chopped peppers and chopped red onion.
Cook bacon, drain fat and chopped or crumble it to the bowl.

Addictive Toasty Pecans

INGREDIENTS

1 quart pecan halves
1 quart water
1/3 cup salt

DIRECTIONS

Soak pecan halves in salted water for 1 hour (no longer no shorter).Put in a colander and drain well.Place pecan halves on a large foil covered baking sheet with rim.Bake in a 250 degree oven for 1 hour or until pecans are desired doneness (get more crispy with time).Stir and test twice during roasting [...]
