Makes about 1 cup.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3cup sour cream
  • 1/4cup dijon mustard
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 2tablespoons prepared white horseradish
  • 2tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon

    DIRECTIONS

    Mix all ingredients in small bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill.)
