INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice rye bread
  • 1 tablespoon beetroot dip
  • 1/3 avocado

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast the bread until its warm but not completely toasted.
  2. Spread with beetroot dip.
  3. Place sliced, or mashed beetroot on top.
