Makes about 1/3 cup.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2cup seasoned rice vinegar*
  • 1/4cup soy sauce
  • 1tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/4teaspoon chili oil*

    DIRECTIONS

    Mix all ingredients in small bowl. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover; refrigerate.)
