INGREDIENTS

  • 3pounds thin green beans,trimmed
  • 6tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3tablespoons chopped fresh chives

    DIRECTIONS

    Cook green beans in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain. Transfer beans to large bowl. Toss with oil and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
