INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 1/2ounce)box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce)can creamed corn
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce)can whole kernel corn , drained

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt butter in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix in egg and then all remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
