Makes about 14 servings.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 quart sweet cider
  • 4 ounces sweet sherry
  • 4 ounces brandy
  • apple slices
  • 1 pint chilled club soda
  • DIRECTIONS

    Pour the cider, sherry and brandy into a large pitcher. Add chunks of ice or 12 to 16 ice cubes and the apple slices. Add club soda and stir gently. Serve in 4-ounce punch glasses or wine glasses.
