INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2-2 lbs roast pork
  • 4 garlic cloves , peeled and crushed
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh sage
  • 2 teaspoons minced rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven tp 450. pat pork dry with papaer towel and place in shallow roasting pan.
  2. In a small bowl mix all the igredients together and rub all over the pork.
  3. Place pork in oven and roast for 15 minutes.
  4. Lower temperature to 300 and roast another 20 minutes or until pork reaxhes 150 on thermometer.
  5. Remove pork and let rest for to minutes covered loosely with a tent of tin foil.
