INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2-2 lbs roast pork
- 4 garlic cloves , peeled and crushed
- 2 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh sage
- 2 teaspoons minced rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven tp 450. pat pork dry with papaer towel and place in shallow roasting pan.
- In a small bowl mix all the igredients together and rub all over the pork.
- Place pork in oven and roast for 15 minutes.
- Lower temperature to 300 and roast another 20 minutes or until pork reaxhes 150 on thermometer.
- Remove pork and let rest for to minutes covered loosely with a tent of tin foil.

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article c Herb Roasted Pork - DAY Recipe, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
