INGREDIENTS
- 4 lbs boneless beef roast
- shortening
- 1 (10 3/4ounce)can campbell’s tomato soup
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 large garlic clove , chopped
DIRECTIONS
- In large heavy pan, brown pt roast in shortening.
- Pour off fat.
- Stir in tomato soup, onion, & garlic.
- Cover & simmer 3 hours or until tender.
- Stir & skim off fat.
- Thicken gravy, if desired.
