INGREDIENTS

  • 4 lbs boneless beef roast
  • shortening
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce)can campbell’s tomato soup
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 large garlic clove , chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. In large heavy pan, brown pt roast in shortening.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Stir in tomato soup, onion, & garlic.
  4. Cover & simmer 3 hours or until tender.
  5. Stir & skim off fat.
  6. Thicken gravy, if desired.
