INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head romaine lettuce , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove , minced
  • 1/2lemon, juice of
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash fresh ground pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Pour over chopped romaine lettuce, and mix well.
  3. Grind a bit of freshly ground pepper on top, and enjoy!
