INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (20ounce)package miniature meatballs
  • 2 (10ounce)bottles sweet and sour sauce (I use Kikkoman)
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 yellow bell pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice peppers and onion into long strips.
  2. Place meatballs and sliced vegetables into crock pot.
  3. Cover with sweet and sour sauce.
  4. Cook on low for 3-4 hours and serve.
