INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup panir , cut into cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • salt
  • For the garnish

  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • to be ground into an onion paste

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tablespoon cashews , chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 60 cm gingerroot (1/4)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the ghee and the prepared onion paste in a glass bowl and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring once in between after 1 minute.
  2. Add the paneer, garam masala, milk, salt and 2 tablespoons of water and mix well.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for a further 3 minutes.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with the coriander.
