- Combine the ghee and the prepared onion paste in a glass bowl and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring once in between after 1 minute.
- Add the paneer, garam masala, milk, salt and 2 tablespoons of water and mix well.
- Microwave on HIGH for a further 3 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with the coriander.
