INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4-5 large peaches , sliced (or 4-5 cups of strawberries)
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter. Mix dry ingredients, add milk. Pour into a 8×8 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Add fruit. (DO NOT MIX TOGETHER) Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes. Serve hot with hard sauce or ice cream.
- If there is any leftover, ittastes even better the next day!
