INGREDIENTS

    CRUST
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter , melted
  • FILLING

  • 16 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1 (14ounce)can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon hot water
  • 1 cup whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine crust ingredients, and press into the bottom of a 9-in. springform pan.
  2. For the filling, beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Gradually add milk and syrup.
  4. Dissolve coffee in water, and add to mixing bowl.
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  6. Pour into crust, and freeze at least 6 hours.
