INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup butter , softened
  • 1 cup cream-style small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 cups flour
  • strawberry preserves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cream together butter and cottage cheese. Work in the flour and wrap dough in waxed paper. Place in the refrigerator to harden.
  2. When cold, roll in thin sheets and cut three inch squares. Place a teaspoon of strawberry preserves in the center of each square and fold into a triangle, pressing edges together very firmly.
  3. Bake at 425° F for 15 minutes, or until crust is brown and crisp.
