INGREDIENTS
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 medium onion , chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 8 ounces swiss cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Slice the bread in 1" slices and put a piece of cheese between each slice.I cut the cheese to fit the size of the bread.
- Melt the butter and add the chopped onion, poppy seeds and mustard.Pour this over the bread.
- Wrap the loaf in foil.
- Bake at 425′ for 20 minutes.
