INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring apple juice almost to a boil and stir in sugar.
  2. Lower heat to a simmer.
  3. Stir and simmer until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add the cinnamon and vanilla extract and continue to simmer for one more minute.
