INGREDIENTS

  • 4pork chops (or ribs, chicken to serve 4)
  • 3-4 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1red pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (GF or regular)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fry chops, ribs or chicken, then place in casserole dish.
  2. Top with veggies (chopped into big chunks).
  3. Add soy sauce and 1 cup water topan.
  4. In a small pot - boil vinegar, water and sugar for 10 minutesThen add to soy sauce/water in pan.
  5. Combine cornstarch and water - add to liquid in frying pan and heat to thicken.
  6. Pour sauce over pork/veggies.
  7. Cover and bake 350°F for 1 hour.
  8. Serve over rice.
