INGREDIENTS
- 4pork chops (or ribs, chicken to serve 4)
- 3-4 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1red pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (GF or regular)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
- Fry chops, ribs or chicken, then place in casserole dish.
- Top with veggies (chopped into big chunks).
- Add soy sauce and 1 cup water topan.
- In a small pot - boil vinegar, water and sugar for 10 minutesThen add to soy sauce/water in pan.
- Combine cornstarch and water - add to liquid in frying pan and heat to thicken.
- Pour sauce over pork/veggies.
- Cover and bake 350°F for 1 hour.
- Serve over rice.
