INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (15ounce)container ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 22 1/2 ounces non-fat powdered milk
  • 22 1/2 ounces sugar
  • 2 pinches saffron

DIRECTIONS

  1. fold and mix together, in a glass container.Microvave till light brown, and keep mixing every minute.After it gets some color stop mixing and microvave it until it sets.
