INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 cups crushed Rice Krispies
  • vegetable oil, to fry chicken in

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut chicken into 1 x 1.5-inch pieces.
  2. Scramble eggs with 1 tbsp of water.
  3. Add seasonings to the flour.
  4. Dunk the chicken in egg mixture then roll to cover in the flour mixture.
  5. Funk the chicken back into the egg mixture.
  6. Then roll in the crushed Rice Krispies.
  7. Fry in the oil for about five minutes or until they float.
