INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (8ounce)package elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1 (8ounce) sour cream
  • 1 egg , slightly beaten
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • paprika

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.Rinse macaroni and set aside.Combine next 6 ingredients; add macaroni and stir well.Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2 quart casserole, Sprinkle paprika and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
