INGREDIENTS
- 1 (8ounce)package elbow macaroni
- 2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 (8ounce) sour cream
- 1 egg , slightly beaten
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- paprika
DIRECTIONS
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.Rinse macaroni and set aside.Combine next 6 ingredients; add macaroni and stir well.Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2 quart casserole, Sprinkle paprika and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
