INGREDIENTS
- 1 (2lb)package frozen hash browns , thawed
- 1 (10 1/2ounce)can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients exept cornflakes and 1/4 cup of butter.
- Mix well and pour into buttered 13 x 9 pan.
- Combine corn flakes and 1/4 cup of melted butter.
- Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
