INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons butter , melted
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce)can condensed French onion soup
  • 1 (14ounce)can beef broth
  • 1 (7ounce)can mushroom stems and pieces , drained
  • 1 (6ounce)can diced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1/2 cup wild rice , rinsed
  • garlic salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. 2.In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Transfer mixture to a 2 Quart casserole dish.
  4. Cover and bake for about 1 hour, until all liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender.Very easty to double as I do it all the time.
