INGREDIENTS

  • 10 ounces frozen mixed berries
  • 2 cups non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup Splenda granular

DIRECTIONS

  1. Thaw frozen berries and blend into puree.
  2. Mix yogurt, milk and splenda together.
  3. Mix in puree.
  4. Pour into ice-cream machine and chill for 30 minutes.
