INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

DIRECTIONS

  1. Grind spices as needed and mix together.
  2. Store unused spice in a tightly sealed container until needed.
