INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup skim milk
- 200 g low-fat sugar-free peach mango yogurt
- 2 small bananas
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 passion fruit
- 1 dash nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
- combine the milk, yoghurt, banana and honey and passionfruit in a blender.Blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a long serving glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
