INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb uncooked shrimp
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, oregano, and bay leaves.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
  3. Pour into large deep skillet.
  4. Add wine, salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook over medium low heat 10-15 minutes.
  6. Discard bay leaves and serve.
