INGREDIENTS

  • 16 ounces frozen peas
  • 12 ounces cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 cup onions , diced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl mix peas, soup, and onion.Place in 8 inch casserole dish.Top with cheese and crackers.Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.
