INGREDIENTS
- 16 ounces frozen peas
- 12 ounces cream of potato soup
- 1/2 cup onions , diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl mix peas, soup, and onion.Place in 8 inch casserole dish.Top with cheese and crackers.Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.
