INGREDIENTS

  • 16 ounces rice
  • 8 ounces sausage (summer or smoked works best)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • fajita seasoning mix
  • cavenders all purpose all purpose Greek seasoningorchef billy b’s chef billy b’s seasoning
  • Frank’s red hot sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook rice per recipe.
  2. Add sausage cut into medallions about 1/4-inch medallions.
  3. Add Franks (2-3 good dashes).
  4. Add all seasonings.
  5. Can also add shrimp or crab–goes great with this.
