INGREDIENTS
- 16 ounces rice
- 8 ounces sausage (summer or smoked works best)
- salt
- black pepper
- fajita seasoning mix
- cavenders all purpose all purpose Greek seasoningorchef billy b’s chef billy b’s seasoning
- Frank’s red hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Cook rice per recipe.
- Add sausage cut into medallions about 1/4-inch medallions.
- Add Franks (2-3 good dashes).
- Add all seasonings.
- Can also add shrimp or crab–goes great with this.
