INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup long grain rice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine water, oil, salt and garlic in saucepan, and bring to a boil.
  2. Add rice, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until liquid absorbed.
