INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch parsley , chopped fine, stems removed
- 1/4 cup bulgur wheat
- 1 cup boiled water
- 1 tomato , diced
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 1lemon, juice of
- 4-5 mint leaves , chopped fine
DIRECTIONS
- Pour the boiling water over the bulgar wheat and let it soak for a few hours. When it’s done, it will have absorbed all the water.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together.
- Serve cold.
