INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch parsley , chopped fine, stems removed
  • 1/4 cup bulgur wheat
  • 1 cup boiled water
  • 1 tomato , diced
  • 2 garlic cloves , minced
  • 1lemon, juice of
  • 4-5 mint leaves , chopped fine

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour the boiling water over the bulgar wheat and let it soak for a few hours. When it’s done, it will have absorbed all the water.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together.
  3. Serve cold.
