INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 12 ounces olives
  • 1 (12ounce)can refried beans
  • 12 ounces enchilada sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown meat with onion and seasonings. Drain grease.
  2. Layer each tortilla with beans, meat, spoonful of sauce, a couple olives and cheese.
  3. Roll tortillas and layer seam side down on liner pan.
  4. Pour Remaining sauce and olives on top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
  5. Place remaining cheese on top the last 2 minutes.
