INGREDIENTS

  • 4 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 cups shortening
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water (7 Tbs)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine flour, shortening, sugar and salt with a fork.
  2. In a seperate bowl, combine vinegar, egg and water.
  3. Combine all ingredients until moist.
  4. Chill at least 15 minutes.
  5. Roll out into 2 circles if using immediately and bake according to pie’s directions.
