INGREDIENTS

  • 8semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 35Ritz crackers
  • 1candy cane, crushed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Microwave chocolate in a glass bowl. Stir until melted, then stir in peppermint extract.
  2. Dip the crackers singley into the chocolate, shaking off any excess.
  3. Place on wax paper-covered baking sheets and sprinkle with crushed candy cane before the chocolate sets.
  4. Chill until firm.
